Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that the deposit is non-refundable. The moment you pay your deposit, that bus is marked as unavailable in our system, preventing us from advertising it for use by other parties. Therefore, in the event of cancellation, there will be NO REFUNDS on the deposit. - Bookings are allowed anytime the shuttle is available. - Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the service starts. - No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking. Additionally, all event and transportation booking charges must be paid in full before any person may board the vehicles reserved for an event or transportation.
